Story
Series adaptation of James Patterson’s novels about the complicated and brilliant detective Alex Cross. In episode 2, Cross tells Sampson that he smells like “mothballs and old spice.” In real life, Isaiah Mustafa has appeared in the big Old Spice ads as “the man your man could smell like.” While I’ve never read any of the source material from James Patterson’s books, I’ve heard of Alex Cross long before this TV series was in production.
He studies victims to better understand who murdered them
Aldis Hodge is an underrated up-and-coming actor and he absolutely rocks as Alex Cross. The series follows Cross, who is a decorated Washington homicide detective and forensic psychologist.
The best thing this show has going for it is that it never gets boring
Here, he tracks a serial killer with his partner, John Sampson (Isaiah Mustafa) who also has ties to his past. In addition to being a detective, he’s also a family man and strives to be good at both.
Cross does that
